Washington looked pretty good. Its funny to browse the Skins forum right now though. They are all hyped up on mountain dew in there You gotta wonder though...Drew Brees and that offense did not look like their normal selves today. Is this because of the Skins D? Maybe. But I think maybe the absence of Sean Payton had a bigger impact on the playcalling and overall demeanor of the team than many (including myself) expected. I'll hold judgement on the Skins until they are consistent for a few weeks. _________________

They also had to practice up north somewhere becasue of the recent hurricane. THere defense may be suspect but I think the offense will come around. THey still scored alot of points. _________________ I'm a Dallas Fan.

Not to worried about Seattle. Going against a mediocre Arizona team, Wilson ends the night in 52 percent completion percentage, for 153 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT. Plus he had 8 carries for 20 yards. He was sacked 3 times and that run game only generated 115 yards on the ground.
Seattle also ended the night with 13 penalties for 90 yards
other notable stats for Seattle:
5 - 16 3rd down conversions
Wilson 4.1 yards per pass
3.5 yards per rush
On defense, Seattle only had 1 sack and allowed 210 yards passing from Kolb and Skelton (who was knocked out of the game). However, there strong point was there run defense which only allowed a whopping 43 yards on the ground _________________

We have to play those uniforms next week? I might not leave work early and just listen to the radio. My eyes are bad enough as it is. _________________

Don't forget to put this in.

Half of the Sea-hawks forum thinks they have no chance against us and the other half thinks they are gonna dominate us. meh.
Keep under-rating us. I love it. _________________

I am of the opinion you ride the hot hand. As far as I am concerned we are undefeated when you start a thread. _________________

They were running a screen, Cam should've thrown it immediately. _________________

Sophomore Slump or Freshman Jinx.. take your pick. I only know I feel a whole lot better about the Carolina game and a whole lot worse about the Buccaneers game. I only wish we were playing the Panthers next week instead several down the road... |
