If they didn't go into complete Matt Canada mode in Lincoln, they would have beaten them on their home field when they weren't even gelling yet.
As you know, the polls are a "what have you done for me lately" thing. Wisconsin's been better as of late than Nebraska. _________________

Yeah, being better as of late against Illinois, Purdue, and Minnesota. Nebraska beat Wisconsin and Northwestern, both better wins than any Wisconsin has. I just can't see "playing better lately" as a valid argument with the level of competition. |

The simple fact is, in the college polls (as 1King has explained several times), if you lose more recently than another team, odds are that team is going to jump you.
Nebraska last loss was more recent than Wisconsin's (and it's not like they were that much better than us that night...we weren't playing well, at all, up until that game). _________________
