Just saw a Mock Draft that had Zach Ertz to us in the 2nd round. It's a luxury pick for sure but tremendous value.

Just seemed interesting - I really like Ertz as a prospect and I'm a big supporter of taking talent over need. I know Miller is the starter but A) he's a massive cap hit and B) He hasn't been the most consistent

Anyway just thought I'd leave that here.

Seahawks LT Russell Okung is working on his quickness, agility, and flexibility with MMA training this offseason.

"It really involves a lot of quick bursts," said Okung. "Itís the best way to try and kind of simulate line play, so I like it." Okung is one of the premier left tackles in the league, but he struggles a bit with speed rushers off the edge. He was whistled for 13 penalties in 2012, second-most among offensive tackles.

I like it. At the very least, it will build up some more strength in the ankles. He definitely doesn't look the snap off the snap after the high ankle sprain(s).

That's good he's trying to improve his quickness and agility.... I just hope he's wearing ankle wraps or something to protect them. (knock on wood)

Here's a video of all of Wilson's interceptions.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=wePHN9NXKys

Honestly, most of them don't even look like they were that bad of throws. At least not bad reads like what T-Jack would of made.

CHRIS MARAGOS SIGNS RESTRICTED FREE AGENT TENDER

http://blog.seahawks.com/2013/04/11/chris-maragos-signs-restricted-free-agent-tender/

Quote:
Maragos, 26, originally signed with the Seahawks in 2011 after being released by the 49ers. He ranked second on the team with 11 coverage tackles that season and was third last season with nine. On defense, Maragos is the backup to All-Pro free safety Earl Thomas and also has played in some of the defensive sub-packages.

Part 1 of: Russell Wilson *The Movie*

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItGAHlnIUjA

A montage of Russell Wilson in pads over the years and what he did last season. Not a bad little series

As much as I love John Moffit the person, i gotta say that there is no way in hell he should be allowed to start at RG. I know others must have eluded to this, but he is just an awful run blocker. He gets little to no push, and it's not like he has solid pass pro to make up for it. We need to draft a starting RG in the 2nd or 3rd round and just be done with it. Even if it's a pure run blocker without much else, that's much more valuable to us.
