| Now we need these guys to train hard and stay healthy. This will be the greatest team we've ever had, on paper. Hopefully we can go make it the best we've ever fielded |

Wow, this defense is just nasty.
I am going to love watching Winfield play. This front office is just nailing the offseason. A ton of low risk moves with very high reward. _________________

Winfield is a family man. I'm wondering if he's planning on playing in Seattle for a year and then going back to Minny (which seems like the harder of the two options IMO) or just moving his family to a nice neighborhood in Seattle or Renton or such and retiring here. _________________

his oldest son is a freshman in high school in Minny, even plays cornerback on the junior varsity team. doubt he'd pull him and his other two sons just for one year.
but i really don't know.
i gotta admit it, this one stings...

Winfield: “It was a very tough decision for me because of the relationships that I have in Minnesota. I’ve been there nine years. I’ve had some really great coaches, teammates and fans there. I’m very grateful to the Vikings organization for my experience.”

Winfield's comments:
| Quote: | | CB Antoine Winfield to me on becoming a Seahawk: "I'm definitely excited about the opportunity to play in Seattle. They're a great football team. Those guys did an excellent job last season. They're young, athletic and energetic. I'm excited to play with Richard [Sherman], Brandon [Browner], Kam [Chancellor] and Earl [Thomas] because they're some of the most talented players on defense in the NFL right now." |
| Quote: | | Antoine Winfield to me on leaving the #Vikings: "It was a very tough decision for me because of the relationships that I have in Minnesota. I've been there nine years. I've had some really great coaches, teammates and fans there. I'm very grateful to the Vikings organization for my experience." |

Well, if it means anything, he's definitely going to a team that's going to appreciate what he brings _________________
