Since there was a "rank our starting defensive players" thread, I made the offensive version of the thread. This one might actually be easier than the defensive players one.
1. RB Arian Foster: Top 5 RB in the league
2. WR Andre Johnson: Older, but can still get the job done.
3. QB Matt Schaub: A little underrated as for as QB's go. Perfect for this Offense.
4. LT Duane Brown: Perfect LT for this offense and as a result got rewarded with an extension.
5. C Chris Myers: Would have been pissed if we let him go via free agency
6. TE Owen Daniels: Has fallen of the rader as for as TE's in the NFL goes, but he is still a solid receiving option and has improved as a blocker (minus the horrible block last week vs the Dolphins.)
7. WR Kevin Walter: Not a huge KW fan as some of you might be, but he does the little things that makes him a nice compliment with Andre Johnson like block.
8. LG Wade Smith: Had a nice season for us last season, and has been a nice FA sign for us from Kansas City.
9. FB James Casey: Versatile player that can catch the ball well as well as block. I would like for us to utilize him more than we do.
10. RG Antonie Caldwell: Actually liked him when he came out of Bama, but played bad last season. He finally gets a chance to do something.
11. RT Derek Newton: Only his 2nd season, and he is still developing his run and pass blocking as well us "discipline" (penalties) _________________

1. Arian Foster
2. Andre Johnson
3. Duane Brown
4. Chris Myers
5. Matt Schaub
6. Owen Daniels
7. Wade Smith
8. Kevin Walter
9. James Casey
10. Derek Newton
11. Antoine Caldwell
This isn't in terms of importance. It's more a true ranking. Brown, Myers, and Schaub are all pretty close to me. _________________
