I need help

Since this last semester ended, I've been getting bad headaches, about 2-3 times a day, which usually last about 5 minutes each.

The pain I typically feel is right around the top part of my nose, but slightly up (not my forehead). Or like, the middle part where my eyebrows extend too.

So, for a like a week and a half I've been getting these headaches, and I would associate them with the lighting in the room. Bright lights really bother me recently

Is this the start of a migraine? They aren't terribly painful, and I can still walk, talk and act fine when they occur, but they are becoming a problem.

I just don't know what kind of problem it is though...

Believe me when I say if you had migraines you would know about it. They are absolutely debilitating to the point where you just give up on trying to do anything and just need to lay in a dark quiet room wishing for death.

It could be something as common as allergies or a long lasting head cold. Try wearing a hat to block the lights from your eyes and see if that helps. If it keeps happening go see a doctor. While its almost certainly going to be something minor, you never know. Better safe than sorry my friend. Wink

Minneapolis 48 hour film project this weekend already excited and nervous for making the film, happens every year, and every year is a blast, once it's done.

I used to suffer from migraines a lot from the ages of 15-18, but it has tamed significantly. I occasionally get them, not fun at all. Kind of ruins your day. I notice it to be a dietary thing for me. If i eat consistently well, i struggle less with them but if it get lazy with daily nutritional habits, they reoccur.

with me, it's tied to whether i am hydrated well enough.

Check out the unhealthiest list. Our rivals need to drink less kool-aid and work out more! Surprised

I'm glad they don't include Topeka in those lists, because we'd certainly be one of the least fit cities in that list. I'm certainly not in the greatest of shape, but I'm probably better than 2/3 of the people that live in this town. Wink

If you have time and $ for a vacation, try a 2 or 3 day golf school. They can correct simple things that will drop a large handicap significantly. Some have other activities other than golf, too. So, you could make it into more than a golf school session/ vacation.

Or, try a few lessons by a pro at your hometown course, or ask someone you know who plays well for pointers.

Too bad they didn't include Canadian cities in the survey. Ottawa has hundreds of square miles of federal parkland along the waterways and within the NCC Greenbelt. Much of Gatineau, Quebec is federal parkland as well.
