Having a FB on the PS mystifies me. And only 1 DB but 3 WR? Eachus should be here right now.

| nic, I think Arenas is basically considered a starter since he's a nickel DB who's on the field most of the time. That's what he does best so if he's healthy, he's not gonna move to CB since he's usually already in the game. Would he be a very good corner? No...but we could get by with him, there's just no reason to have to switch around 2 positions. |

Pioli has once again shown how much of an ego maniac he is by sticking with a 5th round pick for more then a year. Oh wait, I think I've got the wrong thread.

No full back? Must not want to use it for regular season games, maybe theyre thunking H-Back stuff instead. Daboll NEver really used the full back anyways as far as i can tell.

That's what makes it strange that they are using a PS slot for a FB. Like I said before their positions on the PS are confusing (3 WR, 1 OL, IIRC 1DB)

Since we picked up DiMarco late in the pre-season, could it be that he just isn't caught up with all the nuances of the offense and isn't ready to contribute on a gameday basis?
I think that coupled with how impressive Eachus has looked resulted him in the PS. If at some point they need a FB they can just call DiMarco up and after Eachus clears waivers he can go to the PS. |

Hemingway got released and some OL went on the PS today. Why the hell are Bellamy and Newsome over Hemingway. That ticks me off.

Really? What has Hemmingway shown you that makes you ticked off by this? Sure the injury isn't his fault, but the 2 guys that are on the practice squad are the kinds of guys we need on this roster. They stepped up when an injury happened and produced. I actually really like Bellamy and Newsome and thought they both played well enough to earn that spot throughout the preseason.
Also, you never know about how he was within the locker room / with coaches etc. That is all a big ? in my opinion as well.
