McKinnie has never shown he can play RT in the NFL, but its probably his only position at this point. |

nobody needs a 400lb pound tackle. I know it's not the most athletic position but you have to be able to stand up and take a step forward without gasping for air. |

Such a shame.. He was very good in his early years with MN..
Rams neet a RT so they might give him a call. _________________

This isn't official yet, McKinnie's people and the Ravens are saying it hasn't happened yet. This might be a ploy by McKinnie to see if he can get the Ravens to pay.

The problem is, McKinnie has never shown much motivation at the tail end of his career. Id rather have a hard working Trueblood on my team than a bum like McKinnie. He is just too inconsistent and has been a cancer off the field, combined with his weight problem. Not much upside, he doesnt seem like he would fit with what Schiano is trying to accomplish. |

Shouldn't Arizona snap him up immediately? He might not even be average but he's still better than what they got. _________________

it's not much of a ploy on McK's part if the Ravens know they didn't call him.
i mean, the Ravens hold all the cards here. _________________

I don't know the entire issue, but I know there's something about wage garnishing due to some $4m he's in debt that he accrued during the lockout. As well, apparently the Ravens approached him to talk about a paycut (roughly half) and he doesn't like the sound of that.
We'll see how it pans out, but one way or the other, doesn't really bother me if he stays or goes. _________________
