| We've signed DE Dwan Edwards who was released by the Bills. Started 27/30 games last 2 seasons, part-time starter in Baltimore. Should form a great "Edwards Wall" with Ron. We also released the terrible Terrell McClain, great move. |

| I really like this signing and it should go a long way to solidifying the interior line. I just hope they aren't going to be banking on both Edwards' to be full times starters for the season. While they are both pretty decent they are vets and we need a healthy rotation to keep them from being injured. If Ron Edwards goes down we are screwed again. However some say Neblett is best DT on the roster and I think Frank Kearse has the tools and physical traits to be good. I think we'll be okay at DT. |

We basically traded for a better, more experienced player. I like it. McClain was awful against the run and not that great against the pass.
What I really want from Dwan Edwards is to help improve the effectiveness of the blitzes. I assume that his experience in the 3-4 with a team like the Ravens means he can do just that. Blitzing is the only way I see us generating pressure consistently.
If we keep them healthy I think we might be able to play solid defense for a full four quarters. |

Don't know much about this guy, but judging from everyones reactoin it seems like a good idea. My only question is why cut mclain and not Fua. Mclain was starting but is Fua the primary backup for Ron Edwards and better at NT than Mclain was? _________________

McClain was LITERALLY the worst DT in the league last year and didn't show any improvement during camp or preseason _________________
