And Dez was much more of a natural, refined receiver coming out of college.

New draft crush: Missouri Southern State DT Brandon Williams
Williams is 6'3" and 325 lbs and says he expects to put up Dontari Poe like numbers at the Combine which is just scary. The difference between he and Poe? When you throw on the tape you actually see a player that has NFL caliber. Williams lined up everywhere on the MSS defensive line, from 0-tech to 5-tech, and broke the school record in sacks with 27 over his career and 8.5 this past season from primarily the noseguard. That is just unheard of. He's a lot like Brandon Mebane, as he started to command triple teams at the end of the season, in which his coach responded by putting him at the 5-tech DE spot to free him up more. For such a massive kid, he's is incredibly athletic and has a great head on his shoulders to boot. He states "I'm a guy that says what I do, and does what I say". I love that. Watching his tape you see a guy with violent hands and surprisingly quick feet for his size. Look for him as a sleeper 2nd round pick.

If he puts up Dontari Poe type numbers, I doubt he he falls to the 2nd.

Agreed. That being said I would not mind adding Patterson or Robert Woods to our offense, for the right price. Especially Patterson, I think he is going to be special after refining his routes and spending time with a NFL S&C coach.

I would really like Tyrann Matheau in the 3rd or 4th round. He could come her and play nickel, get shifted around in the bandit defense, and possibly return kicks. A good nickel would be huge for us.

I'd spend a 5th or 6th on Matheau, I would not be ok with a 4th or 3rd. Too many character concerns to spend any higher. He's very talented, but I'm not positive all of his game will translate to the NFL field.

I wouldn't at all be surprised to see us go with Shariff Floyd in the 1st round and get Dominique Easley later in the draft as two pass rushing Florida Gators that Quinn has experience with.

What do you guys think of Desmond Trufant to replace his older brother Marcus Trufant as our nickel CB? He is fluid, and can run with the more shifty WRs, where we got burned many times this year. He is pretty much a younger Marcus. He doesn't fit very well into our press man scheme, so he would be forced to play nickel. Thoughts?
And also, who are some CBs in this draft that could play nickel for us? I was thinking that Tyrann Mathieu is an option.
