vs.
This game looks to come down to the play of the New Orleans offense against the Washington Defense. Drew Brees threw for over 5000 yards last season and looks to capitalize on that and the off season suspensions the team was faced with by winning in New Orleans fashion on opening Sunday at home.
Washington has a lot of young hopefuls that are full of passion and desire to win and this is truly a competitive challenge for RGIII and his new weapons to face and try to match points with the New Orleans offense. Washington will have to rely on its experience on defense and play near perfect football in order to shut down Brees and his plethora of weapons.
Looks to be a good game in the dome and hopefully RGIII can come out and prove why he was the #2 pick overall regardless of a win or a loss.

I wonder if they will even play this gAme in new orleans with hurricane Issac going on.
It should be a good game but I agree with mike23md's prediction. We will lose and it will be about 10 points if we have to play in their dome. Imo we just don't have the horses to keep pace with them.

Sorry, no chance we win this one. Brees is going to abuse our DB and the offense won't be able to keep up.

I don't see this being one of our (at least my) projected 7 wins this year. I'll go 31-22 Saints. How do we get 22? Who knows? _________________ RIP SuperSkinFan |

I can see the Saints O easily abusing the Skins db's leading to points early and often. When the Saints have an opponent down they go for the kill as opposed to letting up. I see this one going 42-17 for the Saints as they come into this season witha chip on their shoulders due to bountygate and looking to make folks pay. |

lmao I think the Saints will win but they're not scoring 42 points on this defense. _________________ Dashing is the greatest FF poster ever |

I'm hoping for an upset, but winning at the dome is going to be very difficult to do.
If they do change the location of game because of hurricane Issac, then we win this game.
When hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans back in 2005, the Giants were @Saints that following week.
Somehow...they made the game be at the Meadowlands. Not at a neutral location or in San Antonio where the Saints moved their Practice facilities that year...Meadowlands.
Giants basically got an extra home game. It's bad enough, they get an extra home game when they play @Jets.
The Giants have really moved up, on my hate-o-meter. Specially with the capgate on us from Mara...
Anyways...sorry i'm ranting.
I'll be rooting hard against the Giants all season.
I can promise you that. (Even Dallas over Giants wk-1)
Anyways..Here's to hoping they move the Saints game to Fed EX.

I could see a flop from the Saints with everything that went on this Summer and then the weather troubles on top. However, is offense going to be able to keep up with the Saints??
I think if we can score more then 20 points we can win. I'l goo with.... idk, SCREW IT. 23-20 REDSKINS _________________

I think the Saints' coaching woes might give them some trouble too.
But it is a hard one to call with us having a Rookie QB running a new Offense. Thing is, he is ultra-talented and ultra-aggressive, and had some Big shootouts at Baylor.
I think the days of us being lucky to score 17 points are finally Over either way. After this game I promise to be more objective, But for now I say
33-31 Redskins those are my koolaid glasses _________________
