Westerman is the only surprise to me, I thought he was doing well.
Clyde Gates could never develop into what we wanted him to be. Guyton is a minor surprise since I thought he was decent depth but I guess not. _________________ With much cheese,

Westermann is a shock as he was promising in camp supposedly. Maybe Shelby made him obsolete and expensive in comparison
Gates seems like such a waste though he didnt ever show much. All the BIM kids are out... :/ _________________ Belfast Trojans #32 Shamrock Bowl winner 2012 |

Hartline
Bess
Naanee
Moore
Mathews
Fuller
Hogan
Should we not make a trade, who makes the team? I would cut Naanee but it looks like he is staying. Mathews Hogan and Fuller are my favs though a lot of people like Moore. |

At this point Hogan is gone if we trade or sign 1 WR. Matthews is next in line would be my guess if we get another. _________________

Wonder if Clyde Gates can get any refund on the "Believe In Miami" paraphernalia.
Surprised that didn't take off. |

Maybe he should have spent that time practicing how to catch instead of making shirts. _________________ "well, they got X player I wanted but they clearly overpaid" is the battle cry of bitter and ignorant football fans

This is the exact picture I thought of when I heard Gates had been cut.
So much for these two guys turning the club around. Then again, sometimes there is addition by subtraction. Another bad draft pick in Gates, but I guess its best we learned quickly and moved on. _________________ "22 players are involved in every football play. btw, Im happy Roberto Wallace finally got the axe. So sick of that guy getting attention in camp every year only to be useless. _________________ "well, they got X player I wanted but they clearly overpaid" is the battle cry of bitter and ignorant football fans

This regime's Derek Hagan. Beast in shorts, useless in pads.
....
Looks like the receiving corps is
- Hartline (practiced today!)
- Bess
- Naanee
- Matthews
- Moore
- Hogan
I'd guess Hogan goes if we pick up a young guy, Naanee if we get a vet. _________________

I had high hopes for this guy since he knew the offense and was RT17 favorite target at Texas A&M. So I guess as right now we are moving towards the season with:
Bess
Naanee
Hartline
Moore
Mathews

I was hoping wallace would sneak by. Kinda sad to see him go, Gates has all the speed in the world but is not effective because the dude couldnt even catch a cold. _________________

Does anybody else see Gates going to the Pats and becoming the deep threat we thought he could be? I know he's not good at all, but that's how it always seems to work out for us. _________________
