I would say that 'Bama 31 to 0 on the 8th ranked team is more impressive.

#GatorWonBaby! | Yeah I have been watching that game, Michigan can't stop the Roll Tide run! Plus the turn overs hurt! _________________

Watching Barrett Jones play tonight has me imagining what he could do at Center for Dallas. He has everything the Cowboys like in their OL: Size, Mobility and VERSATILITY.
He has to be our pick in the 1st round next year... if he's still available _________________

While I agree in your assessment of Barrett Jones and would love to see him with Dallas, I doubt if he wears a Cowboy uniform. First the pick would make sense - filling a massive need and building the trenches. Second, Tyron Smith being the exception, Jerry doesn't pick OL in round one. Third, the Cowboy philosophy re the OL is mid round picks, marginal free agents, duct tape, and hope. _________________ Northland |

Under the Garrett regime, the Cowboy's select a first round lineman every other year. Barrett Jones will be ours. He is the definition of the RKG. _________________

I think you're on to something. Given the current roster, Jones fits perfectly. Too bad this is also the perfect reason why Dallas won't take him. _________________
