Westy was probably my 2nd favorite Eagle behind Dawk.

Thanks for the memories, #36.

Yeah Westy made some noise in Eagle green. From going down at the 1 yard line vs DAL, to that long screen pass vs TB(only for us to lose on an extra long FG), to that over the middle burning of Antonio Pierce (in addition to many others). Thanks for the great plays.

I wish he would have been able to play more time. Too bad his knee never fully healed and was always missing time. It's scary to think how amazing he could have been if it wasn't for that, still he was awesome for us.

I still remember watching the 2002 draft and hoping they would pick this guy. Typical ESPN stopped actually covering the picks, and I could hear over the PA "The Philadelphia Eagles select...Brian Westbrook." I went nuts. Turns out that was a heck of a pick and a heck of a draft.

I was at that game......Went from the best feeling in the world after that TD to wanting to throw up when Bryant nailed the 62 yarder....It was weird, because as they were lining up, I was standing there thinking that he was gonna make it, because the sports Gods love punching Eagles fans in the stomach. Also, McNabb puked that game in the huddle Laughing

Glad I got to see Westy in person, though. Definitely one of my favorite Eagles. We're pretty lucky we got to go from one beast to the other with Westbrook and Shady....

The punt return against the Giants was my most memorable moment Great player, glad to see him retire before he racked up even more concussions.
