Its worse in my book to falsely accuse someone of not honoring a sig bet than the actual act of not wearing the sig. Posting a list like that without doing any searching is just an attempt to make us look bad and them look all noble. Now in any future sig bet we'll have to hear the "Oh dont bother with them, the won't wear it anyway" type of crap.
Matts has learning disablities that affects his comprehension, don't make fun of him. I don't think his list was meant to be malicious, he just doesn't know any better.
