It's being hinted by Jurecki and Somers that Whiz could possibly announce the team's starting quarterback at a 2:00 PM Arizona time press conference today.
Stay tuned to see what happens.
EDIT:
Per Adam Caplan, John Skelton has won the starting quarterback job. Having trouble pulling it up right now but it's on his twitter page.

Good point as a general rule but I'm not sure it does anything for us keeping it a secret. Seattle's head coach and defensive coordinator have already played against both Kolb and Skelton. Holding out until gameday doesn't give us any sort of advantage for that one.

I suppose you are right, i kind of forgot we are opening against a division rival.
