After Vince Young struggled last game and the ineptitude of Tyler Thigpen, looks like we went outside for a backup QB. I like it as long as the price wasn't too steep (more than a 4th rd pick) _________________

I agree. I'll take TJ over VY any day. Hopefully it was a cheap pickup. _________________

I don't have much faith in any of Buffalo's quarterbacks, Fitzpatrick included. I really hope they focus on quarterback in next year's draft. _________________

As a Seahawks fan, I'm just happy we got at least a 7th rounder for him. He was gonna get cut anyway. |

If we're not in a position to get Logan Thomas from Va Tech (ie, his stock rises above our draft position) I'd be happy to trade the house for Barkley. _________________

Maybe it was for VY straight up
I'd love that trade. _________________

It would be nice if it was for a player. I'd hate for the Bills to give up a draft pick for backup quarterback who might not be on the roster for more than a couple of years. _________________

If they cut him, I thought for sure they would go get him. They tried to sign him before but the Seahawks offered him a starting job. I always liked him. So now what? This is either writing on the wall for either Vince Young or Brad Smith. _________________

Yah I didn't see them paying a $4 mil base for a backup QB, he will probably get a couple more years and a lower average salary, Probably like a 4 year $10-$12 mil deal. _________________

Damn, was really hoping it wasn't for a draft pick. _________________

I hope it is a 2014 7th round pick. He is only their 3rd string QB... can't be worth that much.
Hope this pushes VY. He has had an average, great, and terrible game thus far for us. _________________

Jackson should be a good backup, type of guy that'll make some really good throws in a single game. But you'll hate it if he ever has to play more than a game. In 4th quarters last year, he had 0 touchdowns and 9 turnovers. No clutch gene at all.
Honestly, I loathe him _________________
