| Honestly Ryan Kerrigan at 22 kinda killed my excitement about this. |

Cruz is a surprise for me TBH. Nicks needs to be there. Same with JPP, Eli and Tuck but it's looking pretty grim. lol |
We're the 5.
SKins - 2 - Fletcher and Orakpo
Giants - 5 - Eli, Tuck, JPP, Nicks, Cruz
Eagles - 6 - Vick, McCoy, Desean, Maclin, Hermans, Cole
Cowboys - 7 - Romo, Witten, Austin, Smith, Ware, Carr, Lee,
I won't try to guess the order. I'm not really a fan of ranking people at different positions together. Is it a comparison of how good they are at their position? Or more valuable to a team? |

Really? I think he is too low. This is a predictor for 2012. _________________

For what it's worth, I tried to talk people into moving London Fletcher all the down to honorable mention but the redskins were having none of it... something about QB of the defense, potential HOFer, etc. _________________ Quote from May 7, 2013...

On May 9th, 2013, Brian Price was waived by the Dallas Cowboys. |

So past performance = current value? Tuck should be even higher then:P _________________

Yes because clearly this room has such a hot bed of riveting topics that this is taking up vital space. _________________

[Sigh]
We had two Redksins, two Eagle, and two Cowboy posters compose the list. At the end, no one was happy. Everyone wanted a different player high and a different one lower.
To think that it would be easy to say that the NFC E, a division loaded with talent, would be easy to make and easy to make unbiasedly and easy to make so everyone is happy is not only foolish, but incredibly childish.
I asked for a Giant poster. No one stepped up. You were the only division to do so.
Frankly, I am surprised how high some Giants are as a result. I frankly think Slam, FM, Ian, Kilt, Footy and Turtle did an excellent job.
Are there things I disagree with? Sure. Most notably I think Dez should be much higher. And I think Miles should be lower. But I am willing to take a step back and try to be unbiased as opposed to crying over a list. _________________

For what it's worth...
The POINT of this is to get some discussion generated in all four forums - and hopefully have some inter-divisional discussion. Hopefully this encourages you all individual to want to compose your own list. See where things rank going forward. _________________

Crying? Who's crying?
Telling you the list sucks and crying are pretty different. I commend the effort, but to call this list an "excellent job" is laughable.
Whether a NYG rep was there or not, the goal was to make the most accurate list possible. I understand when working in a group that certain opinions (although they may be terrible) have to be acknowledged. I would agree with Dez up a little and Austin down quite a bit.
The bells and whistles in this project are great. Its just too bad that the rankings don't measure up. _________________ W O R L D C H A M P I O N S '86, '90, '07, '11 |
