I know this discussion was kinda progressing in 'the right 53' thread but figured it would be better served here in it's own thread for the forum to notice.
AP has it posted HERE
Thoughts?
Is he PS eligible pending him clearing waivers? _________________ In Andy We Trust!

They cut both Sheffield and Miller, which surprises me. I thought one of those two was the immediate depth. So after Hali and HOuston, we have no LB pass rush.

Dang. Always rooted hard for Sheff, especially since his injury. He has one season on IR and one season service time, not being dressed for every game. I don't know if he is PS eligible or not, but we already had the 8 didn't we? _________________

I don't want to sound nitpicking as I am not necessarily the biggest Sheffield fan in here, but I am honestly confused that we would cut Sheffield for Hali when we have Draughn, Gray, and Eachus at the back end of our RB depth and not to mention are carrying 4 tight ends including the infamous Jake O'Connell.
This combined with the Gabe Miller cut makes even less sense. Studebacker offers little pass rushing presence. _________________

But without Eachus we have no threat of a FB
W/out JOC, we might have to keep Maneri active |

Stud is a solid run defender and good in coverage. In the base set you only rush one LB. 4 TE and 0 FB.
