I'm actually moving to Streamwood. Streamwood is kind of funny because you have some really nice areas, and some crummy areas. I suppose that is true where ever you go, but over all it isn't a bad place. |
Yeah I looked at it on the map and to the east you have Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates and on the west you have Elgin. Schaumburg and HE are very nice, and Elgin (from what I've heard) isn't all that great. Either way, it's not like I'd be walking into the Gaza Strip.
I'm filling out an app now and this is totally surreal, I'm actually applying for the real thing now. Damn...

So how 'bout them Blackhawks? 8-0-2, best record in the NHL!
Crawford has really exceeded my expectations this year. I thought he was only okay last year, but so far this year he's been fantastic.
But alas, being in Iowa, I only get games when they're on NBC....which isn't very often.

Not with our DirecTV package. Mediacom carries it, and I should have that next year. But I've heard nothing but horror stories with Medicom.

I've had mediacom for a while, its a bit more expensive than DTV but way more reliable, especially here in Iowa. No CSN on DirecTV anymore? That's actually kind of shocking.
