I'm really drunk right now, but it would be really nice if we could all just get along |

I guess I'll be the first to bring it up...
I literally feel sick to my stomach listening to this news. I can't even imagine what it's like to lose a child so young. This is just horrific. _________________ Martellus Bennet highlight video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lP8fHN53t0 |

It’s one of those things you never forget…in 1996 there was a shooting at a primary school about 40 miles from where I live in Dumblane…16 kids were murdered…not a single one over 7 years old…any massacre is senseless but when it involves children a sane person just can’t process what goes through someone’s head to commit such an act…you just have to hope the families are able to pull through it. |

Yeah, December 14 is a day that will live in infamy. It was especially tough to watch when Obama was struggling to speak and was wiping away tears.
I remember this morning I was getting ready to go out and run some errands and they said on TV that there was a shooting at an elementary school and 3 people were shot and in critical condition. Considering what we see today, I wasn't shocked to hear that, it didn't really stick out especially since there were no confirmed deaths. I went out and came back home about an hour later, made lunch and sat down in front of the TV and all I hear is " . . .up to 30 suspected deaths and an entire kindergarten class has been unaccounted for . . ." My jaw dropped and I just could not comprehend what I had just heard. _________________ Martellus Bennet highlight video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lP8fHN53t0

I was just watching that as you posted it...Obama just seems to be able to connect with people unlike any other politician...for example if that was the British PM you would feel he was saying those words because it was what the media expected him to do...with Obama you know he is truly saddened by this news and his words are heartfelt. |

So I was benching at the gym this morning, an older guy next to me asked for a spot, we got to talking turns out he was a former NFL rookie of the year in 1974. Don Woods, played RB for the chargers and 49ers and actually won a couple superbowls with them. I'm barely in my 20s, maybe some of you older guys remember him??? _________________

I've recruited a few more FFers to join me. |

I was wrong. Since I first posted my list, I realized there are more:
3. Children of the old guys.
4. People without cable and unable to get CBS reception to watch Alabama.
5. Poser Irish. _________________

Wouldn't it be cool if Shea McClellin doesn't bust? _________________

So count me amongst those who will NOT be surprised to see Calvin Johnson get to 2000 yards against us next week. Wow.
I guess that whole Madden Curse thing has been proven to be nonsense too... _________________
