2014 TE Bryce Dixon and 2015 QB Ricky Town, both form St. Bonaventure High School in Ventura California, will be visiting for the UNC game. _________________

Yeah I agree on both points. To be honest, I wouldn't even care if it resulted in a excessive roughing penalty because 1) we'd be being blown out and 2) it might finally get something happening in the minds of the defensive guys. _________________

Deon Bush and Pierre Olsen wore yellow (no contact) jerseys in practice today. Not a surprise for Olsen, but I haven't been able to dig up any specifics as to what's bothering Bush yet or if this affects his status for UNC.
Curtis Porter practiced for the second straight day today. He's currently on the scout team and Golden said he's "still a long ways away." That's to be expected considering how much camp he missed before the surgery. He's not anywhere near the physical condition he needs to be in. But if he can come back and play at any point this year it would be a huge help to a really poor Defensive Line. _________________

Alex Collins rocking some pink dreads tonight.
And with rumors swirling he's going to flip to Wisconsin...

True Freshman Earl Moore making his first career start at DT today. The 2011 3 star is 6'1" 300, maybe he can take up some space and hold his ground a little. _________________

Calling Miami's defense as soft as Charmin would be an insult to Charmin. _________________

Penalties. Arm tackles. Poor angles. Bad run blocking. Oi! How can they not improve week to week? _________________

Ok, so the run blocking is a little better. _________________
