its because its carolina broadcast so they're biased.
I think we need to grab a WR in FA or another way. no one can get open or catch |
Who could we get in FA that's better than what we have? |
Plaxico Burress
Lee Evans

My bet is that the dolphins pick up the trash at WR that Greenbay discards. They have one of the deepest units in football. _________________ "22 players are involved in every football play. I don't see those 3 as upgrades on what we have to be honest. |

| If you watched this game and decided that WR was the problem, well, I don't know what you're looking at. |

actually i seen issues with everything including play calling. 1st drive of the game we move the ball with a run and then went away from it. We were very predictable in our play calling imo. compared to the panthers who just seemed to always have the right call. although we were pretty vanilla in alot of our concepts. |

I really don't want us signing old over the hill WRs. What's the point of that?
We should have drafted at least 1 WR in the third round. Ok fine, it was a mistake taking Egnew. But don't compound the mistake by signing Plax, Evans, or Willaims. Yikes!!!! _________________ Earn more sessions by sleeving. |

| We had one run for three yards. We went away from the run because we couldnt run. |

The first run went for like 5, but we took the offside penalty. then we ran for 3 yards making it, 2nd and 2 and then we threw the ball twice on short yardage. without a rushing attempt? |

I am willing to bet a dollar against a do(not) that we are on the phone looking for one after tonight, I think we bring in someone to try to replace Chad (ahem) I mean Marshall, I would be ok with Lee Evans (and hope some team around the league cuts someone in TC, cause we dont have a WR other then Bees. You all missing Marshall yet??? _________________

I was missing Marhsall the day he left. Bad move. However, I think there was plenty of blame to go around tonight, but if I had to pick any weak spot it would be the offensive line. Specifically the right side of the line was awful. On defense, our LB's looked awful. _________________ "22 players are involved in every football play. Tannehill may not have had a great game on the stat sheet but look.....he led a TD drive which Matt moore did not and did make some good throws. 4 passes deflected at the line because of our Crap O LINE and 3 drops. It sucks that he is going to be leading us with a bad O-Line and bad receiving corp but i think he will be the week one starter, and deserves to be _________________

I have only seen highlights (so take what I say below with a grain of salt) but that's what it looks like to me.
The offensive line is a real concern (as it has been for a few years now). I'm ok with OC to LT but the right is disappointing and limits what the team can do offensively as it often forces a back and Fasano to stay in blocking which in turn makes the QBs job even harder.
I don't want to make excuses for the defense but I think they get a lot better when Dansby/Burnett/Wake come back into the lineup. Wake can beat double teams and in doing so frees up the other dlinemen. In so many of those big plays, particularly from Williams/Stewart it seemed like it was one of the back up LBs picking the wrong gap or trailing far behind in coverage.
Also, watching the highlights (with some of the lowlights thrown in there) Tannehill wasn't as bad as his statline made out. He was taking sacks but when a DE (who is accounted for by the blocking assignment) repeatedly comes through untouched there isn't a lot the QB can do. He has to do better but he couldn't have gotten much less help. _________________
