If Checkwa makes this team, I will gag. He is beyond terrible. 2 games back to back he was beaten up over and over. First Moore, then Flynn targeted him and took his terrible butt to task down the field.
Hated the draft pick then, hate it more today.

Oh and Curry would be on IR and presumably be activated after week 8 if he's good to go via the new rule change.

I just wonder what happened to Boyd 
Chekwa is still young. 4 year starter at Ohio State runs a 4.3 good size, played well last year. I'll give him a chance to straighen out the ship |

He also played well for a late round pick
last year |
He had a nice stretch against Plaxico Burress who was coming off 2 years away from football and is a shell of his former self. Other than that, he didn't show much

I'm giving Parrish another chance because he's proven to be an effective returner. You want to give Chekwa a chance after being overrated at OSU and terrible as a Raider over a proven vet who had one bad game last night?

Same. He was quickly placed on the roster, expected to lift the STs until his first night. Trying to hard is my guess.
On that second punt, he was messing w/ his helmet with the ball in the air. Clearly not concentrating at the task at hand

WR Derek Carrier is the only one reported to be cut by us. We're pretty much the only team that hasn't released the cuts just yet. Another 2 hours to go.
They're probably having a tough time to decide which scrubs to keep.
