Berdych is such an enigma, can beat top of the top and lose to the bottom of the bottom.

Also Ferrer's court coverage was great on that point but Tipseravic holds.

Ferrer moves to the semis.

The guy is very likeable, too bad he's probably going to lose here. Either against Djokovic probably or Del Potro.

Potro stands way too deep at times, and short volleys=easy points for the opposition

Novak seems to bouncing the ball an additional 50 times today before his serve. Additional to his normal 50. Tedious.

That point was insane. Best defense I've ever seen on a single point.

JMDP needs this set or it's done.

Think you're right. Even if he gets this set, he looks tired.

Djokovic's defense is too good. Never seen anything like it.

That's enough for me, bedtime.

I would wish JMDP luck for you Philly, but he's playing Super Novak tonight so there's no point. Laughing

Indeed.

It's gonna suck not having a legit American threat at winning any major titles any time soon.

Roddick was one of the more overrated tennis players of the past decade.
He hasn't been a threat for a major title for years. He only appeared in one major final since '06. However, that epic '09 match against Federer in Wimbledon was one on the greatest matches I have ever seen and I really wish he would have won that.

No he wasn't. No one considered him anything more than one of the 2 or 3 best players after Federer until 2006...and that's exactly what he was. And after that he finished in the top 10 every year until last year.

No one has been outside of Federer and Nadal (and Djokovic starting in 2011).
