Yeah penalties have killed us on defense so far. _________________

We had 22 IIRC.
Just not going to in a lot of football games playing that way. _________________

I think both Havili ( ) and Harbor secured their roster spots last night. _________________

Agreed, hopefully they run some I-formation. _________________

Anyone else think that our 2012 draft class could end up going down as one of our best in Eagles history? Obviously I'm not saying that it will be, but it has the potential..
Fletcher Cox: Looks to be a star DT for us.
Mychal Kendricks: Everyone seems to agree that he is going to be a long time starter for us at LB and has All-Pro potential
Vinny Curry: I see him being a great player in our DE rotation. Could very well start in the next few years. 6-8 sack/year guy, IMO.
Nick Foles: Could be our future franchise quarterback.
Brandon Boykin: Awesome kick returner who will probably take it back a couple times a year. Looks like he could eventually be a starting CB for us eventually. Superb athlete.
Those are the guys that I see being major contributors on our team. Then you have potential role players like Bryce Brown, Marvin McNutt, Brandon Washington and Damaris Johnson. I might be forgetting someone as well.
I've never seen so much potential in an Eagles draft class in such a long time and I've never had as much confidence in any of them as I have in this one. Potentially, could be a really, really good draft class for us. _________________

The potential to be a superb draft class is very much there, it's just going to be up to those guys' work ethic and seizing of their opportunities. Unfortunately we won't be able to make an accurate judgement until 3 or 4 years down the line, at the earliest. _________________

I am very excited about what we have seen from Foles. Cautiously excited but still excited.
I have Bryce Brown for the bird watch.
He had a great game last night with 51 yards on 9 carries. Ran hard, broke tackles, and found open lanes. I think he has earned a roster spot thus far and should challenge Dion Lewis (I played against Dion in high school when he played for Blair Academy in New Jersey). _________________
