Neat article at the NFP on QB processing speed.

I believe Tarvarris Jackson has a very slow processing speed.

Nice, I just started reading Blink yesterday, and this touches on how we make unconscious snap decisions when situations require. When conscious preparation enters the unconscious snap decision-making, that's when a QB will excel. I guess how well this adaptation takes place dictates how good the QB will be.

Maybe the combine will someday test for adaptation speed.

That is where my thinking was going too.

A great deal of the position really comes down to decision making, and if there is a black and white (or even a better) way of determining/testing that ability- why not.
