If not McNabb, then we need some sort of help at QB2. Redman is just excruciatingly terrible. _________________

Looks like we're content. We just filled 2 more roster spots with other positions.
Best situation for us fans is this is Redman's last year and we draft someone unless Davis shows us something. _________________

Ive wanted us to draft someone in the last two drafts, but it really does seem that the team is content with what they have. Redman might have lost some talent, but he has been effective before, and Id rather have him than some, but we really need to draft a young guy next year. _________________

exactly. He simply isn't worth a spot on a nfl roster anymore | Neither is Chris Redman or JPW. Not a Mcnabb fan, but he's better than Redman and JPW. Which isnt saying much. |

I'm not sure if McNabb would even be a team player and take on a full time back up role. But he def would be better than Redman and JPW. However, it is early and Redman is serviceable as a backup QB in the NFL. If you look around the league, our backup QB situation is relatively one of the best. The best cure for a backup QB problem is a great Offensive Line. They have to make sure Matt Ryan stays off the ground this year. They do that, then Chris Redman will never see the light of day on the field. _________________

I don't see it happening, but I wouldn't mind it. Having an experienced backup IMO is a very good thing. Redman and JPW didn't look all that good. Redman in the past has come in and played well during spot duty, but he's just getting older and losing it IMO.
Now, something I had been thinking about was getting someone like Tavaris Jackson from Seattle as our #2. T-Jack is going to be the odd man out in Seattle with Flynn owed a bunch of money and drafting Russel Wilson who they seem to be high on. I see T-Jack being cut or offloaded, and he is someone that has starting experience, and a decent skill level that should be cheap to get. I wouldn't mind him as our #2 _________________

no thanks. I'd rather stick with Redman. I want nothing to do with T-Jack. _________________ Matt Ryan is Amazing! |

T-Jack looks well on his way to becoming available |
If chris redman doesnt show enough backup ability i would welcome this signing. As long as matt helps him with his accuracy. And id love for davis to win 3rd qb spot. |
