I would probably call Rondon the Tigers' second-best prospect at this point. _________________ Football is love, love is life. |

I hope not. I'd rather have a guy that can throw 95 and is able to actually stay on the mound than a guy who pitches 103 and blows his shoulder out every other month. _________________

I highly doubt Benoit ever becomes a full time closer. Villarreal has a chanc e but he is important in his own right as a middle reliever. I would be happy bringing in Soria next year though, except it would be nice to have an offseason in which we don't blow all of our top picks by signing free agents. |
I think Villarreal has a real shot at becoming our closer. Dotel/Benoit are pretty solid for the 7th inning and set-up. Mix in Alburquerque who seems to be doing well in rehab. It's still a solid bullpin... Needs a little depth though. |

Not cause hes terrible but because hes the scariest closer in the big league. You dont get 3 batters 3 out innings. With this guys its strikeout, walk, strike out, walk, double, strike out game over. This is no way to live I tell you! | Yeah, we need to address that in the off-season. |
There a few decent options in free agency next year. No one who would be that much of on upgrade though.
Jonathan Broxton
J.J. Putz
Matt Capps
Ryan Madson
Joakim Soria |
Madson and Soria both had Tommy John Surgery this year, and Matt Capps has been battling injuries for a long time now this season. I don't think those three would land here. _________________

Cabrera goes 3/4 with three HR and 8 RBI's.

| Man o man I dunno if cabrera can beat trout for mvp. Trout is playing incredible. He could easily win the gold glove, rookie of the year, and mvp. |

Phil Coke is an absolute joke. I have no idea why Leyland keeps using him. _________________

Depends if Tigers even make playoffs. If Detroit edges LAA that helps. Vice versa for Trout _________________
