Yeah. Though it seems Carroll and Co need to read the rules more closely Confused

Maybe. Which would make Carroll's crap at USC seem more realistic

There's no denying a pattern is forming. Albeit accident or not. Whether it can be arrested is another matter all together. This season could literally be a roller coaster ride Cool

I think PC is just negligent to rules and his blinded by his own passion and excitement. It's not excusable, but I don't think he's a type that is a deceitful liar.

Definitely the first infraction was a result of coaches, but I would assume this one was more on JS needing to know the rules.

Or maybe he really didn't know seems kind of like a silly rule to me.

I'd be willing to work exclusively as a NFL Rules WatchDog. I'll follow Carroll around and warn him when he's about to violate the CBA or any other NFL rule. Seems like he could use someone, I'll take slightly less than TO.

I'm not positive but after last years lock out many rules changed on camps and practice. So there will be mistakes a long the way and sounds like only some pads might be the problem. It's not like PC or JS started filling TO up roids in the locker room.

I didn't see this anywhere so I figured I would toss it in this thread. Looks like Seattle may have, again, violated the practice rules outlined by the CBA. Doesn't seem like a huge deal to me but can see something coming down from the league (if it's confirmed) since this would be the second infraction by the team this offseason.

Quote:
"Players have a 3-day acclimation period during the preseason," Aiello said. "Day 1 is for the physical and meetings. Day 2 and 3 the player may participate, but only in helmet and shells or a padded shirt. Day 4 and for the rest of camp is in full pads. The Cowboys are doing it correctly. Don't know about Seattle."

Quote:
UPDATE: Aiello later said in an email to The Associated Press that the NFL was gathering facts about Owens' practice.

EDIT: Seattle Confirms:

Quote:
RENTON, Wash. -- The Seattle Seahawks said Thursday they violated the NFL's collective bargaining agreement by allowing Terrell Owens to practice in shoulder pads during his first on-field practice.

Sorry jeebs, had to do it. Laughing

I agree with you. By negligent, I mean they didn't purposefully break the rules but that they neglected to read the rules and follow them properly.
