Yeah. Though it seems Carroll and Co need to read the rules more closely _________________

There's no denying a pattern is forming. Albeit accident or not. Whether it can be arrested is another matter all together. This season could literally be a roller coaster ride _________________

I think PC is just negligent to rules and his blinded by his own passion and excitement. It's not excusable, but I don't think he's a type that is a deceitful liar.
Definitely the first infraction was a result of coaches, but I would assume this one was more on JS needing to know the rules. _________________

Or maybe he really didn't know seems kind of like a silly rule to me. _________________

| I'd be willing to work exclusively as a NFL Rules WatchDog. I'll follow Carroll around and warn him when he's about to violate the CBA or any other NFL rule. Seems like he could use someone, I'll take slightly less than TO. |

I'm not positive but after last years lock out many rules changed on camps and practice. So there will be mistakes a long the way and sounds like only some pads might be the problem. It's not like PC or JS started filling TO up roids in the locker room. |

I agree with you. By negligent, I mean they didn't purposefully break the rules but that they neglected to read the rules and follow them properly. _________________
