I reckon it will be a 24/26 split on the roster…
QB…Jay Cutler…Jason Campbell…Josh McCown
RB…Matt Forte…Michael Bush…Kahlil Bell
FB…Tyler Clutts
WR…Brandon Marshall…Devin Hester
WR…Alshon Jeffery…Rashied Davis
WR…Earl Bennett…Eric Weems
TE…Kellen Davis…Matt Spaeth…Evan Rodriguez
LT…J'Marcus Webb…Chris Williams
LG…Chris Spencer…James Brown
C…Roberto Garza…Edwin Williams
RG…Lance Louis
RT…Gabe Carimi
PS…
QB…Matt Blanchard
RB…Armando Allen
WR…Brittan Golden
OT…Corey Brandon
If we put Sanz on the PS he would be lucky to last a day before a team took him off us.

The more I think about it the more I think that Chris Summers will make the team. At 6'5" he would give the scout team a Calvin Johnson sized player to work against. _________________

I wonder if Sanz is a stash on IR candidate?
I would. OT be upset I we lost him as our WR core has gone through a transformation where he is not needed. But he is an intriguing player. _________________

I don't wholly disagree with the concept but I see Sanz having less value to us going forward than he does now as Alshon develops and Knox (potentially) gets healthy. It certainly hurts him that he has next to no ST value.
I think what you're outlining seems more likely to happen with one of our late round corners personally. Bigger future need at that position. We are locked in 5 deep at WR for the next few years already even without Knox. _________________

| Sanzenbacher can't go on the PS because he's been in more than 6 NFL games. |
