Welcome to the FF Street Fighter Sim League Season 1.4!
Running a tournament is not the easiest to do. You need to find people with similar interest, either find a way to meet up or all own the same game and console, and there is always the problem with skill differences. Sometimes it just takes a miracle to get all the things to line up properly.
This tournament is different. You arent require to own the game, heck you dont even have to have knowledge about the game. The point is, you pick a character the CPU AI plays the character for you. All you have to do is select your character and watch him climb to the top or fall to the bottom.
Just to be clear, its a CPU vs CPU tournament, no players will actually be playing.

How to Join!
Step 1. Character Choices
Take a look at the character list of Street Fighter 4 and try to pick out a top 5.
Ryu [] Ken [] E. Honda [] Ibuki [] Makoto [] Dudley [] Seth [] Gouken [] Akuma(Gouki) [] Gen [] Dan [] Sakura [] Oni [] Yun [] Juri [] Chun-Li [] Dhalsim [] Abel [] C. Viper [] M.Bison [] Sagat [] Cammy [] Dee Jay [] Cody [] Guy [] Hakan [] Yang [] Evil Ryu [] Guile [] Blanka [] Zangief [] Rufus [] El Fuerte [] Vega [] Balrog [] Fei Long [] T. Hawk [] Adon [] Rose
"Banned Characters" - If a character goes 5-0 or 4-1 in a single season of 5 tournaments. They will be banned for future seasons. Some characters will be looked at if they look like they are too strong.
No Banned Characters.
Step 2. Ordering
Now take your top 5 and place them in order of favorite to lease favorite.
EX: 1. Chun Li
2. Ken
3. Adon
4. Rose
5. Dhalsim
Step 3. Priority Points
Each person signing up get 20 priority points. Place those pirority points on the players you most want. Some people wont care as much and spread the points more evenly, or they may want their first few characters more then the later ones. The higher the points, the better chance you have at getting that character.
EX:1. Chun Li 5 (Favorite)
2. Ken 5
3. Adon 5
4. Rose 3
5. Dhalsim 2 (Lease Favorite)
or
1. Chun Li 12
2. Ken 7
3. Adon 1
4. Rose 0
5. Dhalsim 0
Either is fine, as long as there are 20 points added up.
**If two or more people place the same amount of priority points listed at the same spot. No one will get the character and it will go to the next character. Oni is not banned.
Step 4. Ultras
What is an Ultra. An ultra move is basically a super move a character can use when they have half life or lower. And the lower the life the stronger the move it is. Each character has two ultras. Find your character and watch their two ultras and decide which one you want. The list is in alphabetical order. (Check the Descriptions for more information on each Ultra)
Abel - Adon - Akuma - Balrog - Blanka - Cammy - Chun Li - Cody
C. Viper - Dan - Dee Jay - Dhalsim - Dudley - E. Honda - El Fuerte - Evil Ryu
Fei Long - Gen - Gouken - Guile - Guy - Hakan - Ibuki - Juri
Ken - Makoto - M. Bison - Oni - Rose - Rufus - Ryu - Sagat
Sakura - Seth - T. Hawk - Vega - Yang - Yun - Zangief
Then when you have decided which ultra you want, put it next to the priority points.
EX: 1. Chun Li 8 Ultra 1
or
4. Ken 2 Ultra 2
etc.
Step 5. Signing up
Now that you have made you list with character choices, priority points and ultras, all you need to do is indicate that you want to sign up in this thread and PM me this list.

Yeah, I'm in. Before I send any lists in, are there characters who are better than others? Should I just send in random people, or should I be spending lots of time crafting a team?
