Bummer. I'm going to be up at my cottage "roughing it" until Tuesday afternoon. No internet access up there and I'm one of the few people still living in the stone age of not having a smart phone. Could someone please pick my player? Preferably someone on Offense or Clay Smile

Hey everyone. The draft will be at 12PM (Central Time) on Monday the 13th. Please PM SplashDive with your picks if you believe you will be AFK. I'll be at work for the majority of the draft, and will most likely be having him make my pick as well.

Also, everyone will have three hours on the clock instead of the originally posted 4 hours. I simply want to make sure that this draft moves along quickly.

I know this is a tad bit early but I figured since I had the first two peoples picks I would post them now.

With the 1st in the 2012 Adopt a Packer Thread .flash selects...

JERMICHAEL FINLEY | TIGHT END

You may love him, you may hate him but Finley is going to take over the league next year. Sure, I could have gone the BPA route and taken Aaron Godgers but with each of my adoptions I've decided to go for the breakout player. [Jordy in 2010, Masthay in 2011] 2012 will be yet another strike for .flash!

TRYOTTO
(The real year of the take over)

With the 2nd in the 2012 Adopt a Packer Thread svp selects...

BRETT GOODE | LONG SNAPPER

svp would also like to know if anyone was going to make sig.

chucknorris101 is now on the clock.

With the 5th pick in the 2012 Adopt a Packer Thread, Posty selects...

Nick Perry | OLB

Finally, we have someone to play OLB opposite of Clay Matthews. With a strong pre-season showing, he's got the possibility to be something special. You simply can't double team everyone.

But in the second consecutive season I'll take Aaron Rodgers again.'

my bad for missing the draft fellas. I don't believe anyone has taken

Morgan Burnett

this guy has got some huge play making shoes to fill but i think we all have complete confidence in him. as long as he stays healthy i think will help to bring stability to our other wise shaken up secondary. Collins was an entrenched leader and was doing a great job of bringing him along. it's a shame we didn't get to have either of them together for a full season.

Inside Linebacker DJ Smith

*As painful as it is losing Bishop for an extended period of time, I'm anxious to see DJ Smith fill his spot. He really flashed at times last year in a limited role, so I'm looking forward to seeing if he can build on that. High hopes for my man, and I think he's auditioning for Hawk's spot in the Nickel D next year.

With the 12th pick in the 2012 Adopt a Packer Thread, SplashDive selects...

Greg Jennings | WR

It was a tough choice for me as to whether I pick Clay again this year or go with Greg. I decided Clay had a down year last year #'s wise so I better not pick him again and I landed one of the best route running receivers in the game. His route running ability allows him to get open and for Rodgers to hit him for the big splash plays that he is so used to producing. I expect big numbers from him again this year.
