I'm curious. Why are players like McQuay committing when they have no idea who the DC is? I know you should commit to the school not a coach. But at least know what style of scheme you're gonna be in.

USC's never going to make any real drastic changes to our schemes. We'll always run a 4-3/3-4 hybrid type of defense depending our personel. We should have our defensive coordinator in place before the 17th though as that's the date most of our defensive commits will be taking a visit.

Well, I'm glad they like the passion but I'm a bit shaky on the whole calling out Matt Barkley part. The doctors didn't clear him IIRC so what can he do?

Well, I think that they frontrun in the beginning and when the first sign of adversity shows up, they will fold up. They are an exact reflection of their coach

Was there any news about why we never heavily recruited Priest Willis as S? Once we lost Redfield, I was hoping we'd go after him. IMO, I think he ends up being a star.
