Good game. And let's hope Calvin Johnson stays healthy b/c Detroit he holds all the power. |
Well trade you Shaun Hill for Halle Berrys hometown address. |
Throw in Calvin Johnson's jock strap and you got a deal |
That's just being greedy. |

I didn't get to see the game in T.V. And darned sure wasn't driving down for pre season.
Can you give me an honest opinion on how he looked? _________________

The running game looked very good, the DL was also very impressive. Kellen Moore, Whitehead, Sean Jones played bad. On the other hand Rieff, Fox, Heller, Willie Young, Bently, Keiland Williams all played very well. _________________

How about Bell specifically. Did he look better than the other backs or did they all fair well? _________________

They should do well when you are going up against a Browns team that is bad against the run and Missing both starting DT's and two starting LB's _________________

It's pre season so none of that matters. Looking at it from your view it's probably a good thing Detroits top two running backs didn't play. _________________

Wasn't aware of that as I dont follow the lions so didn't know they were out. Browns run D is my biggest concern and tonight did nothing to change that. _________________

| Joique played well. I remember one play where he started to run outside to the right side, saw a crowd, turned it back inside and turned on the jets for a 7 yd gain instead of a loss. Our backs overall looked good, but IMO, our OL was really creating some holes for them. They had some wide open lanes most of the time. It was really nice to see. Keiland Williams looked the best out there though. He was dragging guys for extra yardage and really impressed me. Tbh, I really don't see how the Lions can justify cutting either Williams or Bell for Stefan Logan, especially considering Logan isn't doing anything in the return game. I really hope we can get a chance to see Patrick Edwards returning soon because it doesn't look like Logan deserves a roster spot right now. |

Your run D and the Lions thirdary. That's the secondary but they aren't good enough to be considered a secondary in the big leagues. _________________

It is what it is. They all think Cameron was good but he played against roster fodder. It is pre-season so not worrried about it.
Last year McCoy was the greatest thing since sliced bread in pre-season too _________________

Wow, Sean Jones is a turd. Makes terrible defensive holding AND pass interference around the 1-2 minute mark on Evan Moore, doesn't get called for it, and taunts like he's the best player on the planet.
Sucks in coverage. Cut him. _________________ Football is love, love is life. |

| I was impressed with our offensive line overall as a unit. Only allowed one sack, no holding penalties IIRC, gave big running holes and time to our QB's. If we can finally be solidified up front I think it'll be the biggest difference to winning and losing games for us. |
