Reports on Forte are supposedly 50/50 for Week 3 but optimistic for week 4. I think you're better off keeping Forte with the likelihood of Gore missing some action this year. _________________ Yo, is that time machine done yet? |

Keeper or Dynasty league, or regular? |
Regular. Other RB's are Lynch and BJGE. Had the last pick. _________________

I see -3 for the Ravens on one site. |
Ravens deserve to be -6 to -8 IMO and the line will probably settle at or above -5 |
Remember the Ravens did just lose to Philadelphia and Mike Turnover. |
Losing on the road to Philly is more defensible than losing at home to Arizona. | I'm not sure Philly is a better team than Arizona at this point, given that they've turned the ball over 9 times in their first two games. |
I didn't say better team. I'd say they're probably about equal talentwise. But in terms of a betting line (and most media and fans' opinions), the Eagles are a higher quality team and losing at home is always thought of as worse than losing on the road. From that perspective, it's more defensible to lose to Philly in Philly than Arizona at home.
The Patriots were really awful yesterday on special teams and offense (until the end of the game) and their OL problems are really worrisome against a good team (and tough DL) like Baltimore. The Ravens probably should be 6 or 7 point favorites. They're a very good team coming off a loss, at home against the team that knocked them out of the playoffs and they match up well with the Patriots' weaknesses.
It's really the one game on the schedule that as of now I could see the Patriots losing by 2+ scores. I think they can hang with or beat San Francisco, Houston (both of whom I'd say are better teams than Baltimore) and the like. But the Ravens always play the Pats tough and given all the other factors, I could see this one being one of the ugliest games in recent memory - maybe not as ugly as the 2009 playoff game though. |

So I started Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall, Julio Jones, Randy Moss, and the Jets defense.
and still won by 12 points. Thank you CJ Spiller, Willis McGahee, Tony Gonzalez, and Steven Gostkowski. _________________

A guy just made a thread in NFL Gen asking where Danny Amendola's 13/160/1 game ranks all time.
Since 1960, he's in a 35-way tie for 718th in single-game receiving yards _________________ Shut up, NBT |

If he gets healthy fast and comes back, would he play LDE in this base defense? _________________
