Additional details on the circumstances of the arrest weren't immediately available.
Lynch was in Oakland last week to award a scholarship to recent high school graduate through his Fam 1st Family Foundation.
The All-American running back was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the first round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He was traded to the Seattle Seahawks in 2010.
Lynch's drivers license was revoked in 2008 after he pleaded guilty to "failing to exercise due care toward a pedestrian." Lynch said he was unaware that he had struck a woman outside a Buffalo, NY, bar at 3:30 a.m.
Lynch. a two-time Pro Bowler, was also suspended for three games in the 2009 season after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor weapons charge. |

edit: people speculating there could be a big one since it's his 3rd problem and he's already been suspended in the past |

It's suspicition of DUI, so it's nothing set in stone yet. But yea, hopefully he doesn't get suspended

We all saw what happened last year when Lynch was missing from the team. If he misses games, it greatly affects the offense. Turbin better acclimate to the NFL quickly.
