It's good for him to get his reps but this doesn't mean much this early. |
I personally think this has a ton of meaning to it. Usually they would have the vet starting if the race was close, out of time served, respect, and not wanting to ruffing the feathers. Not the case with this, from day one Martin is getting the first team reps, I think this is making the statement that as of today Martin is our lead dog.

This sucks but now that we have Jackson, Williams reportedly playing well, and Preston Parker playing well, it shouldnt kill us. Just get him healthy for the season.

Lewis has some talent. I wanna see what he does with this opportunity. This opens the door for the home town kid Leonard Johnson as well.
Biggers was terrible last year so this isn't an irreplaceable type position. |
