Greetings! As you are aware, I am RuskieTitan.
Yeah.
UPDATE - READ LINK
CLICK THIS HERE
Anyways, I ran two successful dynasties on the NCAA 12 platform, Rebuild and Bloodbath. I would like to continue Rebuild onto this year's game.
Everyone who was not kicked out personally by me in the previous dynasties is welcome and has priority!

Sliders
I will be using the same (if not very similar) sliders as Latino's GAML dynasty uses. Might improve the pass rush slightly for these lesser teams, but pretty much the same.
Difficulty
All-American for Gameplay and Recruiting
Rules
1. No Cheesing
2. Be Active. Let me know if you need extra time. I'd like to advance every 48 hours. If you are inactive for 2 weeks game time and do not inform anyone why, you will be removed
3. EVERYONE MUST CREATE YOUR OWN NEW COACH
4. When in a user vs user game, try not to run hurry-up the whole game. When you are down in the second half, sure, no problem, or to run a quick play to catch the defense off-guard is fine as well. But a full game of hurry-up is just frustrating to play against.
5. I reserve the right to add additional rules as I see fit
Dynasty Setup
For this dynasty, users are limited to 2 star programs or lower. This is going to be a dynasty for users to build up over the years, so if you aren't committed long-term, it probably isn't for you.
In addition, I will limit a maximum of 2 user teams per conference. In conferences were there are two divisions, it is limited to one per division.
In order to determine who will have what school, and what conference, I will set up a draft. Once people have signed up, I will randomize the list, and we will have a two round draft.
In this draft, one pick will be used on selecting the school of your choice, the other pick will be used on which conference you wish to be placed in. Which order you pick those choices in is up to you.
If you wish to be Hawaii and placed in the SEC, if those were your picks, then I will move Hawaii into the SEC replacing the weakest team. Aside from the user teams, I don't foresee myself shifting the other conferences around.
Keep in mind that while it might help recruiting out if you went into the SEC, and you'll have tougher opponents... you may also suffer a lot of losses, and struggle to emerge as a top contender. On the flip side, you could easily go into one of the worst conferences and dominate... but then your schedule will be much weaker down the line.
I MAY consider a ONE TIME conference shift for someone who wants to move into a stronger conference (IF that conference has room), but it'll require certain stipulations - possibly having won the conference back to back, or something along those lines.
Teams will have 3 user games each season, whether they have a conference user rival or not. As for who they play in their remaining OOC schedule, that is up to the user to inform me which schools they would like.
As always, I'm very open about possible changes as the majority of users see fit, so if you have a suggestion or recommendation, go ahead and let us know!

Can I leave some suggestions for teams that are two stars? I play with two star teams in online ranked matches and I'm currently undefeated with two teams in particular. _________________

Ruskie, I put "PS3" in your title to avoid some potential confusion. _________________

Tulsa and Arkansas State. Both teams have amazing offenses.
I believe Michael Dyer (great RB from Auburn's NC team) is on Ark State, but you'd have to wait until year two to use him due to NCAA transfer rules. Outside of Dyer, they have two really good RBs anyway. The QB, Ryan Apllin is fantastic. He's a senior, so you'd have to replace him. They have a WR, Josh Jarbo who is also a beast, but he's a senior as well. The defense needs some work, but it's pretty good considering they're a 2 star school.
Tulsa is my favorite team to play with in the ENTIRE GAME. Two fantastic RBs (both JRs), an excellent QB who I believe is a RS Junior and they have some pretty damn good talent at the WR position. They have five WRs who are 6'2" or taller and my favorite one is a sophomore who is 6'4" with 94 speed. You'd have to work with their defense in certain spots, but they're also pretty good as well.
Check both of those teams out, they're very good. I beat #13 Kansas State in an online ranked match with Tulsa and Ohio State with Arkansas State. Personally, I think Tulsa is the better team of the two. They have great talent now and they have great young talent as well. _________________

Well, in rebuild we are trying to build them, not dominate from the get-go lol _________________
