Technically, you're last in the regular season. But not necessarily in the final standings. There's a consolation bracket.

Assuming that it goes by final standings, and not regular season standings, yes. But nobody really knows what's going on as far as anything like that goes, so who knows? (my laptop won't let me put a smiley here. it just bumps it to the end of the post. you'd think i'd stop trying after, i dunno, the fourth time. but no. but i digress)
