I don't think it needs to be a thesis. If the three of you don't mind doing a pow-wow and coming up with your own standard.
Pretend that you are being inducted. How long would your speech be?

I don't see why not. The Legacy class and then two members this year.
If that is the case...we could induct the Legacy class tonight (pending the three of your scheduals) open up nominations tommorow and close it at the start of next week. And then by next weekend we can have our other class inducted.
