Now that we have everyone accounted for we can vote on a couple things:
1. Auction vs. Snake
2. PPR?
3. QB TDs - 4pts or 6pts?

I still prefer a snake draft.
Passing TDs should be worth four points.
No PPR.

I've always like the ability to either start 2rbs/3wrs or 3rbs/2wrs. Having 2 set spots for both rb/wr and the other spot is a flex spot is what I prefer.

I like the flex spot too: two RBs, two WRs, one RB/WR. But no K?

Kickers aren't real people so that wasn't a mistake 
If people want kickers we can add it back, but I don't see the value in having the position drafted personally.
3 WRs
2 RBs
1 RB/WR
That's how most of my money leagues are structured, although I'm definitely open to changes. If we want to drop one WR spot that's fine with me.
