Super Street Fighter IV Sim Tournament(Grand Finals Up!)

Welcome to the SSF4 AE Sim Tournament. In an attempt to add a bit more flavor to the VG section, Ill be running some new threads, with this being one of them. Watch out for my other thread which I believe is very promising.

The idea of this is simple, I set up a tournament using the SSF4 game and using the CPU vs CPU option and run the game as if it was a tournament. So you are not required to own the game at all. I will also record the matches and put them up for you guys to see here.

Tournament Set Up
Double Elimination (You have to lose twice to be knocked out.
Best of 1 Games
Best 3 out of 5 rounds per game
1st place - 5 Points
2nd place - 3 Points
3rd place - 1 Point

To sign up just put the name of 3 players you want, either ultra 1 or 2, and then their priority number. Each sign up gets 10 priority points to spread among their 3 choices. The first person on the list gets looked at but if he has lower priority then someone else's choice, the other person gets that player.

EXAMPLE:
Player 1:
Ryu 1 8
Ken 1 1
Honda 1 1

Player 2:
Ryu 1 5
Ken 1 5
Yun 1 0

Player 3:
Ken 2 4
Yun 1 3
Yang 2 3

So in this example. Player 1 gets Ryu w/ ultra 1 thanks to his high priority 8. Player 2 loses out on his first one so we go to his second pick which is Ken. And while Ken is 2nd on his list compared to player 3's list where he is listed at one. Player 2 gets Ken due to the higher priority.

So just sign up asking to be signed up and PM your top 3 with ultras and priorities. I will get a list of the up very soon. Also if you want a certain costume and color go ahead and do so. I think every character has a reg and 3 alts? And just a put a color and I will get the closest thing to it.

Just to clear something up for people who may not understand what an Ultra is.

In Super Street Fighter 4 AE 2012, (the game Im using to do this). They incorporated something called an Ultra. And Ultra is just a super move that can only be used when your character has lost half health or more. And the lower the life the stronger it is. An example is Ryu's Ultra 1 is basically a mega Hadoken. If you arent sure what it is, you can just pick it randomly, there is only two for each character anyways. Otherwise, Ill just flip a coin.

Changed something. First one will only be single elimination, but it will be best 2 out of 3 games, and each game will be best 2 out of 3 rounds. Im not 100% sure how to do a double elim, so when I figure that out, Ill do it lol
