Your body will burn the fat before it burns muscle. As long as you keep lifting, you shouldn't lose anything. _________________

If all you want to do is lose weight, you need to diet. Start eating less, and lift the amount you normally do. |
I want to lose just fat, but not any of the muscle I currently have. Would it be easier to just lose weight first and then start lifting again or is it possible to do both at the same time? |
Lift, get enough protein, eat at approx a 500 calorie deficit.
Cardio is optional, just balance it with eating to ensure you're at a calorie deficit and voila _________________

It's a Test booster. Heard good things about it and considering how cheap it is I figured I'd pick it up. Was wondering if I had to cycle it with anything? Would it be bad if I didn't? |
You don't have to cycle it with anything. It's D-aspartic acid. It helps boost test. If you end up liking it, I like to get bulk (300 grams) of flavorless powder and mix it with water. If you could find another low priced test booster that does not have D-aspartic acid in it you could stack the two. |
Thanks, I was checking online but everything I saw said to take a PCT with it... then again, most of the info I got was from the Finaflex website, obviously trying to push their product on you. _________________

At this moment, what is the part of your body you boys are most proud of?
My traps & shoulders have come a LONG way in the last 4 to 5 months. _________________

My traps seemingly grew overnight. I feel like they came out of nowhere, but I'm pretty proud of them. I'm probably mostly proud of my back though. It's weird, but the muscles on my back are really well defined. |

My triceps and traps definitely. I'm severely lacking in biceps for some reason _________________

Right now, biceps/triceps though I work those the least out of everything, they just grew the quickest so far
Once I got back to lifting about 3 weeks ago, I'm really putting an emphasis on my back/chest, so I'm hoping it changes to one of those over the next 6 months. _________________

Currently like 5'10 and 150 pounds, just average shape I guess. Decided that I want to get in great shape and start working out about 3-4 times a week. I'm new to working out, and currently just have a cheap weight bench and dumbell set. I have one of those pull up bars that goes onto the top of a door, but have no door for it.
Anyway, what workouts should I be doing that I currently am not? I'd like to workout every major muscle I guess. So far I have only been doing curls and bench press.
I know, I can just google this, and do research, but there is so much inconsistency with workout tips online, it's ridiculous. I don't really know what the standard workout is for each muscle to get me started.
I guess I should workout half of my muscles twice a week and the other half the other half twice a week as well? I don't know if I should jump right into working out a lot or slowly work my way towards that. _________________

Today was the start of my second week at Crossfit and I absolutely love it. If you've never tried Crossfit, I highly suggest ditching the standard gym muscle isolation garbage and trying it out. It's an absolutely incredible workout and I will never go back to a regular gym again. _________________

I definitely wouldn't call "standard gym muscle isolation", garbage. Plus, the pullups they "do" are just laughably bad. I'll probably never consider doing it just because of that. _________________

Yeah, had some kids today take up a squat rack doing those kind of pullups supersetted with half squats. Made me lose my mind.
The two other squat racks had a girl doing shrugs with 50 pounds......yes taking a squat rack to add 2.5 pounds to each side of the bar. Then 4 bros doing curls for a half hour. Unbelievable. _________________

Yeah but why do that when you can do full body momentum pullups? _________________

Traps are my best. If I had nice lower traps I'd be like Tom Hardy.
Biceps are nice too.
I guess you can include upper back with the traps.
Need to work on shoulders big time. They don't have much size or definition so they make my arms look weird.
I would like some definition in my chest as well, but my shoulder problems hinder that.
Abs I know I don't have much of a chance. _________________
