Boom. New thread = drafting Ross. Let's only talk about him in here until Thursday. It'll be some good luck. _________________

you can't link it right to the bucks page for some reason, but it's right on the side menu there for all the teams. _________________

Why? wouldn't be a huge downgrade from Bogut. _________________

Why? wouldn't be a huge downgrade from Bogut. | Yes it would. Zeller isn't anywhere near the player Bogut is/was. Zeller is terrible defensively and isn't anywhere near as strong as Bogut. Zeller will not be a good center in the NBA. _________________

Honestly, with the Ross/Lamb workout, I think Hammond realizes that all of the bigs will be gone by the time we pick. At least we can hope. _________________

Don't want Perry Jones III at all.
Moe Harkless interests me a lot. Huge upside there, but carries a lot of risk.
Terrence Ross is a safer pick and still possess upside. I'd be perfectly fine with it.
My board at #12 with less than 48 hours to the draft (only considering players I think have a solid shot at being there) is probably.....
1. Meyers Leonard
2. Moe Harkless
3. Terrence Ross
4. John Henson
5. Jeremy Lamb
I'd be fine with any of those guys. If someone fell I would of course be down with that as well. |

germ-x, your list should begin and end with Terrence Ross. Dude has the potential to be a star and he can shoot the lights out. _________________

I agree and unless a player fell to #12 I think the pick will come down to Ross/Lamb.
I am giving the slight edge to Lamb at this point. Lamb has supposedly nailed workouts early in the offseason and I read the Suns were very impressed with his toughness in fighting through his ankle injury at their workout. The Bucks probably share the same feelings, plus if Hammond sees some Richard Hamilton in him he may lean on that a bit. |

I just don't see it. Don't get me wrong, I like Ross and think he will be a good player/starter, but I don't see the type of upside that I do in Leonard/Harkless. Ross/Henson are my safer options that can fill roles and do a darn good job at it. Lamb is at 5 due to injury concerns. I personally think Lamb's upside trumps Ross' on both ends of the court, but I think he has a better shot at being a dud or more of a defensive reserve. |

Agree to disagree. Ross's game is built for the NBA and he's going to thrive in it. I can see him being an easy 20 point guy and at 25 a night at his peak. Once he builds his handles a little better, he's going to be a star. He's been completely undervalued this entire draft process. _________________
