Let his play do the talking for him. If he stays solid then one side can gloat. If he stinks up the joint, the other side can. For now, let it rest. |
Ya, I think it is pretty obvious at this point. WAR be dammed, he has been good, he has no trade value, Boesch has been less than terrible lately, Dirks will be off DL in the near future. We should just ride Berry until he slows down. He is probably playing above his head a bit, but let the kid enjoy it and reap the benefits while he is. Unless we are trading for Upton, OF really isn't a place to upgrade right now. |
Upton
Choo
Pence
Would move Castellanos in a deal for any of them |
Not Choo. Other 2 sure. But regardless, that was my point. No sense in trading for a middling OFr at this point. Go big or go home. |
Looks at Choo and his career #s. Looks at Choo number this year. Look at Berry career number at Minor and Looks at Berry # this year.
Berry isnt even in same league as Choo. Choo wipes floor with Berry |
Well, if you would trade our top prospect for a part time player, that is on you. I trust even Dombrowski has more brain cells than that. |
Turner was a top player and he traded him for a rental so your theory is busted |
Turner was fodder. So your LIES are busted. |
Fodder?
He was one of top prospects in Det system
You all are so desperate to attack my opinion that you simply dont see the honest truth _________________

What is really sad is I was one of the ones who was pushing hard for everyone to wait while you were gone. Stuck up for you.
Scratching my head and wondering why I wasted my time _________________

I would just like to say I'm glad my post is the start of this chain. Definitely the route I wanted it to go. _________________ AAL: DeAndre Levy 31 Tackles

Some streaks going on
Bats enroute to 3 L in a row
Naga going for 3 W in a row
MHM looking for 10 W in a row
Badfish looking for 3 W in a row
Detfan looking for 6 win in a row
Lot of baseball left but some shifting could finally happen this week _________________

Tough choices?
Dee Gordon is obvious waiver material. Not seeing anything tough |
So are you seriously saying you cant decide if you should drop Gordon so you can put Reddick on DL?
I am puzzled and not even being rude. Gordon lost his job man. _________________

Gordon is a keeper.
More or less who I am going to pick up and make adjustments. _________________ AAL: DeAndre Levy 31 Tackles

Hanley is the SS
McCann
Freeman
Lawrie
Trout
Phillips
Adam Jones
Matt Cain
all easily better then Gordon for a keeper.
Heck I would love you to trade me one of those non keepers.
I guess I simply do not see you keeping Gordon a backup over all those _________________

I was JK.
I'll drop Gordon but Reddick has been a mainstay in my lineup. Hard to replace him. _________________ AAL: DeAndre Levy 31 Tackles

Really regret trading Willingham.
Man him and KUbel were smashes in the draft for me.
Willingham is simply besting in Minny _________________

It is silly! Heck I sold so much talent early I should not be in it either. Bought some back but not near what I sold or dropped
Pence
Willingham
Cabrera
CJ Wilson
Haren
Doumit
Goldschmidt
Cain
Kubel- got him back
Happy still solid draft too
Need my team to step up today and tomorrow won be around today to set lineup |
Yea u sold Goldy all right. Sold him right down the river for free. Thank you |
He is still worse then both my 1B _________________
