| I like the confidence, I wouldn't call it a confrontation. Everyone has said Norman played pretty well but they aren't in training camp yet. I'm excited. This draft could be great. |

Calling it a confrontation is overly exaggerating. Smitty is in off-season form right now, and Norman was able to cover him. Norman doesn't realize there is a difference between off-season form, training camp form, and regular season form. Smitty is just letting him know to watch out during TC, because all gloves are off at that point.

Interesting, I think that Norman has a very legit chance at being our #2 heading into opening day. The guy has all the tools to be a good corner. Going after Smitty is a good way to show the other CBs that you are ready for the challenge.

Despite the fact that Smith is right and this isn't Coastal Carolina, Norman was actually impressive. Smith even acknowledged that.
I want to see this secondary behind a good pass rush. No secondary can hold up when the defense doesn't get to the QB. |

seems like good natured trash talk that happens every practice between offensive and defensive guys. i am getting pretty excited to see this kid play though.
