You guys voted the New York Jets the 9th best overall defense but 1st in pass defense in another thread. Which team will finish 10th?

Is there a reason why the Bills and Rams are on this list but not the Titans? Not that I think the Titans will be the 10th best D next year but they should at least be on the list before them. They were 8th in scoring last year despite being the youngest D in the NFL. Adding Wimbley to help the pass-rush, Zach Brown to help in pass-coverage, Mike Martin and Leger Douzable to help against the run, and Derrick Morgan finally healthy, they should be on this list.

I voted Eagles BTW.

Why do the Bengals get to be on the list twice?

As much as I'd like to hope they'd be worth of this pick, it's still way too early for the Bills. Our defense was horrible last year. Yes, we picked up several new pieces, including one very major one. There's still far too many questions.

Can Mario and Kyle Williams come back fully healthy this year and avoid another season ending injury? How quickly and well can Mario Williams, Mark Anderson, and Stephon Gilmore acclimate themselves to their new teammates and system? Can Gilmore even live up to his draft position, or just become another defensive first round bust like Aaron Maybin and Donte Whitner? Or simply just not click the first year like Paul Posluszny?

How quickly does the team in whole handle the switch back to 4-3 with a new Defensive Coordinator? We're undoubtedly better than 29th this year, but I don't think there was even a need to put the Bills on the voting list until closer to 15th. They have to prove themselves before we even talk about placing them this high.

Ok, I asked a moderator to change the Bengals option for the Titans.

Yeah, I personally have the Bills right around #15 for 2012-2013. I think they certainly have the talent to be a top 10 defense overall, and I don't think the scheme change or DC upgrade will hurt them much, but there are certainly enough question marks to make me hesitate putting them in the top 10. Can they (finally) stay healthy? Has anything changed to fix the crummy run D? They have pass rushers now, but how much does it improve? Can the LBs not named Nick Barnett hold their own? How about a relatively young and inexperienced group of CBs? Can the offense do well enough to keep the D off the field?

My vote in this round goes to the Eagles.

How the hell do we hsve 7 votes? We were so bad last year. I know we improved but I was guessing we would be middle of the pack from 14-16
