This is an argument that I have with a guy at work every time football comes up. I ay that Peyton is the better QB (I have said this well before Peyton became a Bronco); he says that Eli is better because he has more SB rings. I disagree with that argument.

Peyton>Eli. Its not even close. Though I wouldnt be surprised if Eli has a better yr next yr than Peyton. But career its easily Peyton.

I hate when people use rings to say a player is better. Is emmit smith better than barry sanders? Heck no. Football is the ultimate team sport. And eli has had great teams around him. Put payton on those teams with that d line. Just imagine. So payton is better. By far.

This is not just because Peyton is now a Bronco. But this question is a flat out joke IMO. PM is the far superior player in ever aspect of the game. It's not Peyton's fault he always had a terrible defense to back him up, and the one season he did the Colts won a Super Bowl.
The Super Bowl ring argument is stupid. Would you take Phil Simms over Dan Marino? I don't think so.
