We started this off with the catchers, and now we are shifting focus to second base. Just remember any potential position changes, or lack there of for the year.
Reports are the Ian Kinsler will be the full time 2nd basemen for the Rangers this year. Moreland at 1st and Berkman at the DH spot, so as of now, I do not have Purfar in my rankings.
We will be doing the top 20, so make your list accordingly.

Was thinking Prado was still with Atlanta and playing second next year because of Upton. 
I'll take him off my list and add Marco Scutaro at #15.

If Brian Roberts can stay healthy...this is his best spring in years..he's easily a top 5 2nd basemen.

Brian Roberts hasn't stayed healthy since the first year of the Obama administration which means the last time Brian Roberts was on the field for more than a third of a season we all sort of still thought the other guy was president still. Let that sink in. Not to mention he was 31 back then and now he's 35 and that even back in 2009 he wasn't a top-5 second baseman. I wish him luck but he's got a lot to prove.
